Legal
Terms of use
This page describes in plain language how the platform works. It is a general description of the software, not legal advice.
Your account
Each person has one account. Give accurate details and keep your password private. Administration can disable an account that is misused.
Placement and level
Your official level is assigned by a placement tester or by administration. You can enrol only in groups published for your official level.
Enrolment and seats
Groups have a limited number of seats. Enrolling reserves a seat; the enrolment becomes active when the first required bill is settled or administration activates it. Administration can transfer or withdraw an enrolment.
Bills and access
Course fees are set per group and shown before you enrol. A course is paid in full or by the instalments defined for the group. When a required bill is due and unpaid, joining live sessions is paused until it is paid; signing in remains possible.
Refunds and exceptions are decided by the school's administration.
Schedules
Each group has a schedule with a planned start date and an expected end date. Sessions can be cancelled, replaced or rescheduled, and breaks can be added. Only administration changes the expected end date.
Conduct
Use the live classroom, the group chat and messages respectfully. Administration can remove messages.
Completing a level
A level is completed when its roadmap is finished, the final assessment is done and administration confirms it. Completion makes you eligible for the next level; it does not enrol you in it.
